A Bentley experience of elegance, speed and luxury.

Many people really have passion for cars because they consider their cars as their best friend. People who love cars surely desire for something very exotic. Elegance, speed and luxury; these are the three things people wish to experience in a sumptuous wheeled cabin. Of course, who would like to ride in an inelegant, slow and uncomfortable car?

People nowadays, as their leisure time, enjoy exploring places beyond the road and love competition between each other through race. Of course, for one to enjoy to the fullest these activities, one should have a very great luxurious car, one with a very sporty character, and the one that delivers effortless performance while riding in its majestic cabin; just like buying a Bentley car.

Inside a Bentley up close.

A one of a kind car has been developed that can meet one’s needs in terms of elegance, speed and luxury; and it is no other than a Bentley. Bentley cars started way back 1921 until now. Buying a Bentley is an exhilarating experience. The original model was the 3-litre, but as customers put heavier bodies on the chassis, a larger 4½-litre model followed. Perhaps the most iconic model of the period is the 4½-litre “Blower Bentley,” with its distinctive supercharger projecting forward from the bottom of the grille. Uncharacteristically fragile for a Bentley, it was not the racing workhorse the 6½-litre was. It became famous in popular media as the vehicle of James Bond in the original novels, but not in film; John Steed, in the television series The Avengers, drove a Bentley. In 1998 development of modern Bentley started with an Arnage saloon, followed in 1999 by a Hunaudieres Concept then in 2002; a State Limousine, 2003; Continental GT coupé, 2005; Continental Flying Spur saloon, 2006; Azure convertible, 2006; Continental GT convertible, 2007; Continental GT Speed coupe, 2008; Bentley Brookelands coupe, 2008; Bentley Continental Flying Spur Speed saloon, 2009; Continental GTC Speed, 2009; Azure T, 2009; Arnage saloon & Final Series, 2009; Continental Super Sports, and in 2009 was by Bentley Zagato GTZ followed by the latest and hottest model of Bentley 2010, the Bentley Mulsanne. Some prices of these modern Bentley cars are of the following: 2009 Bentley Arnage= $224,990-$267,990, 2009 Bentley Azure= $334, 990-$334,990, 2010 Bentley Continental GT= $179,000- $203, 600, 2009 Bentley Continental GTC= $197,500-$197,500.

Bentley Motors Limited is a British manufacturer of automobiles founded on 18 January 1919 by Walter (known as W.O. Bentley or just “W.O.”). Bentley had been previously known for his range of rotary aero-engines in World War I, the most famous being the Bentley BR1 as used in later versions of the Sop with Camel. Since 1998, the company has been owned by the Volkswagen of Germany.

Bentley Motors unveiled the Mulsanne; the company’s all-new flagship grand tourer, at the prestigious Pebble Beach Concours D’ Elegance in Monterey, California. The Mulsanne is inspired by the company founder W.O. Bentley’s crowning achievement in 1930, the 8-litre. And it was W.O.’s own sensitively conserved company car that shared the podium with the new Mulsanne in Pebble Beach. This early motoring masterpiece represented the last big Bentley that was designed, engineered and built from the ground up by Bentley engineers – until now. “The Mulsanne has been designed with exactly the same guiding principles, so it is entirely fitting that these Bentleys from different eras share the same stage.”  The Bentley Mulsanne will go on sale from mid 2010. It will also be displayed at the forthcoming IAA Frankfurt Motor Show (15-27th September, 2009) where Bentley Motors will provide additional product information.
